Meet the man behind the pasta.

Born and raised in Bologna, the heart of Italy’s most beloved food traditions, Chef Antonio Parello has spent over 20 years perfecting the art of handmade pasta and traditional Bolognese dishes. His passion for cooking began as a child, watching his grandmother knead dough on the kitchen table.
Today, Antonio brings that same warmth and authenticity to every class he teaches.

From thousands of tortelloni crafted by hand to countless pots of slow-cooked ragù, Antonio has turned his lifelong experience into a fun and unforgettable cooking experience for travelers from all over the world.

In his cozy home kitchen, just minutes from Bologna’s historic center, he welcomes small groups for hands-on cooking classes that feel more like a gathering of friends than a formal lesson. With flour on your hands and wine in your glass, you’ll learn the secrets of true Italian cuisine, laugh a lot, and taste the results of your work together.
