Discover the secrets of the world's best flavors with the guidance of a local professional chef with 20 years of cooking experience. Chef Antonino will explain you step by step the process of preparing the most traditional dishes of the area following the original recipe while also giving you juicy details about their history and tradition, and after the cooking class you will enjoy them in a playful and convivial atmosphere with guaranteed laughter! Antonino is a professional chef and he's among the foremost experts in traditional Bolognese cuisine, his hands have brought thousands of tortelloni and tagliatelle to life... He looks forward to welcoming you to his cooking workshop and entertaining you, while also passing on his experience and passion for these fantastic dishes! Here’s what we’ll prepare: Tagliatelle and Tortelloni with ragù. A vegetarian alternative will be offered upon request, based on seasonal ingredients. Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking: You can book your cooking class at any time through our website, subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your spot. Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled class. Cancellations made between 7 days and the class date are non-refundable, as fresh ingredients are purchased specifically for your experience. No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) are not eligible for any refund. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking up to 7 days before the class, subject to availability. Changes requested within 7 days of the class date cannot be guaranteed. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. We allow a maximum delay of 30 minutes. After this, the class will begin without you and your absence will be considered a no-show (no refund). Language: Classes are held in English or Italian, depending on the guests. Please indicate your language preference when booking. Dietary Requirements: This experience is not suitable for vegans or guests with food allergies. Vegetarians are welcome, but please inform us at the time of booking so we can prepare a seasonal alternative if available. Accessibility: Please note that the location is on the third floor with no elevator and is not accessible to guests with mobility disabilities.
